Exchanges & Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased through our website within 5 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email us at info@scentsbycokes.com or call (678) 866-7263.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unlit and unburned). Scentsbycokes, LLC will refund the purchase amount minus taxes; shipping and gift wrap are non-refundable. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3 days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
All returns must be shipped prepaid, and we recommend insuring your package. Please do not use padded envelopes, as they often arrive punctured and the candles get damaged. Pack items in a box instead. Items damaged in return shipping cannot be accepted.
